Below are some of the similarities and the prophecies and pictures we have received in the last year or so and, at the end of the session, we all agreed to meet together weekly on a Monday morning to continue this work. Our supporting scripture is Romans 1 : 12 ........ that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other's faith.
The Welsh diary notes taken from the Web were 21 pages long and we thought we could go through them all in one morning and compare notes. Unfortunately there was just too much to share and talk about that we got through the first TWO pages!!!!! God's wry sense of humour again!
'(God) Marching ahead of my army' We were reminded of one LCL meeting (Living the Christian Life) where our then minister, David Collinson, had prayed for each person there in turn and asked if anyone present had had a picture. Anne C had received a picture for each one there. Mine was an eagle soaring away (I am now candidating for the itinerant Methodist ministry..... I am very conscious that I will need to learn to fly first!) Susan's picture was a sword - a sword can be two-edged. It can be offensive as well as defensive.
BUT the picture for Kathleen was a soldier. We all thought that Kathleen had blossomed this past year, especially since she 'made her (symbolic) cake' for the 'Evening with Ruby' that the wives did for the Mission earlier this year. The Lord is really going to use Kathleen to get an insight into His Word and pass it on.
'Reclaiming the Land' Frances had had a lot of words about God reclaiming His Land.
Lots of references to water DAM. Anne C had said that she had a picture of a dam holding back the water and that it just needs one crack to let it spill out. The hymn chosen at the time was wonderful words to the tune of the Dambusters (Dam - busters!!).
Frances had had a picture of a river of water flowing through Peterhead. This is the Holy Spirit flowing through His people. Kathleen had seen a bottle with a cork in it and a corkscrew lying beside it. The corkscrew has to go in deep into the cork before the cork can come out and what's in the bottle can flow out.
Amos 5 : 24 Let justice run down like water and righteousness like a

Prophecy Weekend at the Haven Fellowship last October (1995) had triggered off lots. Heather Simpson had prayed for Susan for the gift of prophecy. She had been given the picture of the 10 virgins. 5 wise and 5 unwise. Susan was one of the wise virgins and was told that the Lord was preparing her. Susan prayed for Mary L. Saw a jug of water being poured out on Mary - not a trickle BUT A WATERFALL. Mary had seen an old cooper's herring barrel full of water, gushing out and slopping everywhere. God had a ladle and was scooping out a measure for each person there, but there was just too much and it was still overflowing and gushing everywhere. One of the leaders had spoken about the outpouring of the Holy spirit.
Susan had been praying for Francis. She saw cool, refreshing water which was so still but God was saying that Francis had to be immersed in it. The water has to flow in, over and around her. Francis felt that God was lowering her into this cool, still water and telling her to go deeper. God was wanting to fill her so completely that the Holy spirit would be bubbling out of her.
After Susan was filled with the spirit in Aberdeen last May God had taken her into Jeremiah (a little) and then into Revelation - especially white robes - being righteous and holy, listening to what God is telling us and being obedient ......... ? Coincidence that Helen and Francis had been majoring on Jeremiah as well.
1 Cor 14 : 1 : Follow the way of love and EAGERLY DESIRE....... We don't eagerly desire the things of God enough.

Four corners - N S E W. Francis had had a picture of a boxing ring and the four corners were north, south, east and west.
PROPHECY When Susan was first filled with the Spirit she felt clearly that God wanted her to get into intercessory prayer and into His Word. This has been sorted out and she is happy with how God is dealing with her. Since then she has been told time and again that God wants her to have the gift of prophecy and tongues.
At the Praise Time when the Strichen contingent were there, John Buchan had prayed for Susan for the gift of prophecy. John had put his hand over Susan's ears that she would hear clearly the word of God and his hand over her mouth that she would speak only the Lord's words.
Jeremiah 1 : "What do you see Jeremiah?" So Jeremiah told Him exactly what he saw and that was the branch of an almond tree. "You have seen correctly!" God was testing Jeremiah that he should say only what he saw and not embellish or put his own interpretation of things. Only when God saw that he would be faithful in passing on God's message, did He give Jeremiah what He actually wanted him to tell the people. Moral : We need a time of training, we must be faithful and obedient and specific.
Helen said she was shaken when she read the diary notes. The first thing she read was we are 'ON HOLD'. This is how she has felt over the summer and she hasn't liked it. She had heard a preacher tell about Winston Churchill - NEVER GIVE UP!

God has told Helen that she is SENT TO SERVE. She has been assured that she is in the right job - Community Centre cafe serving all the uncared for kids in the area. She seems to 'hiv a hairt for the bairns' (have a heart for the children)
Isaiah 30 : 18-24, especially V.21 Whether you turn to the right or the left, you will hear a voice behind you saying 'This is the way, walk in it'
Complete surrender to His will and purpose for our lives. Be still and listen to God's voice.
